Thanks so much good gents! I had a really super fun time! I admit I drank too much, but it was fun! I tried scotch for the 1st time. Sheesh that's powerful stuff.
I hung out with my best friend and ate great Mexican cuisine. Renee and I went as Dayquil & Nyquil for my Halloween party.
My favorite gift that I got was from my wife.
I have no clue how to use it yet. It seems you don't just click and play back. I'm hoping once I get the hang of it to make some great shoegazer type tunes since most of those guys used loops.
I hope Diazette had a great day! Herb, that is a great birthday trailer!

I'm starting to figure the Loop Station out. It is very cool. I hope to develop some cool ideas with it. I layered something with about six layers & I was smiling so big. Very cool toy that I hope to turn its use into a tool for creativity.

I currently have the Akai Headrush. But with the form-factor and the ability to store, i'm eyeing the RC-2 again. Do you have the external tap thing?

I was trying to keep under a certain price. I was eyeing the next model up but decided that after all of the $$$ spent for my party, dinner, travel, ect...I should just go with the the smallest one.
So far I've just been making textured loops without the use of the built in drum machine. I've found that any loops made after the 1st one have to be the same length or shorter then the 1st one. The drum machine cuts down on your loop time...or so it seems. I have not used the import jack for an Ipod yet to try out drum tracks I've made with my external drum machine.
It'll take me a couple weeks to master this pony.
